Driver Onboarding - FAQs *
What does the training look like?
Your trial shift is a two-way assessment. It allows J.CO Logistics to evaluate your driving, approach, and overall suitability for the role, while also giving you the chance to see if the job is something you genuinely want to commit to.
Training Shift 1 (Shift 2)
You will complete approximately half of the driving and all deliveries under the guidance of the trainer.
Training Shift 2 (Shift 3)
You will complete the full driving component and carry out all deliveries, with the trainer providing ongoing support and guidance.
Training Shift 3 (Shift 4)
You will complete the full delivery run independently, with the trainer shadowing and stepping in only if required.
Additional training may be provided depending on your progress and performance during these sessions.
